News
For the first time, Elizabeth landed her axle five times in a row during practice at The Rinks in Shelton on January 2, 2012. Great way to start the new year!
The Videos have been posted of the Winter Fantasy on Ice Show held on New Years Eve at The International Skating Center of Connecticut (ISCC) in Simsbury. The show was sold out and included performances by Ekaterina Gordeeva and Ilia Kulik. Elizabeth was one of the Winter Fantasy Skaters and took part in the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
The show was a benefit for GIFTS OF LOVE, a non-profit organization, serving families throughout the Farmington Valley and Greater Hartford communities who are in financial crisis.

Stars on Ice April 9, 2011

Elizabeth was disappointed when Sasha Cohen was not at the meet and Greet before the show. One of the Stars on Ice employees noticed and asked if Elizabeth could visit Sasha Cohen by herself backstage. Elizabeth jumped at the chance to meet with Sasha, who is her favorite professional skater, and obtained a photo to record the event. Elizabeth read Sasha's book and wrote a book report on it for school. Sasha signed the cover of her book and they talked about figure skating. Elizabeth was so excited when she returned and said she will remember this for the rest of her life. Elizabeth hopes to one day perform with Stars on Ice.
